Are Traffic Light and Sign Warning available for All or just Pro Plus?

I've been wondering if the traffic light and sign warning features are available on all models or if they're exclusive to those with the Driver Assistance Pro Plus package.
Has anyone here tried it on a model without the Pro Plus package? I'm curious.

It's only available to those who got the Pro Plus Package.

It’s the Pro Plus package that comes with Highway Driving Assist, but honestly, I doubt it would work here in the US anyway.
