I just got my i5 M60 and Wallbox, but they aren't working. My BMW app reports that the charging cable is unlocked. I tried restarting my car and uninstalling the app, but nothing helped. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Check out the materials that came with your Wallbox - there’s a QR code in there for downloading the manual and the Wallbox app. I remember I had to fiddle with some dip switches inside to get automatic charging going. Also, youll have to kick off the charging from the app. And make sure to turn off the power before making any changes.
