I’ve got this bench cover that stretches across the entire back seat of my car, so the rear cup holders are pretty much useless. But when I’ve got someone riding in the back, I switch it out for a soft-sided travel crate for my dog to clear up some space.

Some bench covers are designed to accommodate rear cup holders. You can look for covers that fit yours.
