Tire pressure for i5 eDrive 40

We picked up a new i5 eDrive 40 and loving it so far! However, we're a bit confused about the tire pressures. The tires are 225 45 R19, and the initial readings were around 45 psi on the front left/right, 48 on the left back, and 44 on the right back. I'm pretty sure that's not correct, and I know we're supposed to refer to the info sheet on the door. But there are so many different options on the sticker, it's a bit overwhelming.

Can anyone share their recommended tire pressure settings for the i5 eDrive 40? Appreciate it!

For tire pressure recommendations, see page 326 of your manual; however, I use 38 psi in the front and 40 psi in the rear.
