Neue Klasse for ICE? Thoughts?

BMW's putting the Neue Klasse EV design on their ICE cars too. Thoughts? I'm not sure. Isn't Neue Klasse supposed to be the EV look? Putting it on gas cars feels… weird. Is it a smart move or are they just confusing things? What do you guys think?
 
This feels like a bit of a mixed message from BMW. If Neue Klasse is supposed to represent their EV future putting it on ICE cars seems like a step backward. I get that they want to unify the design language, but it might confuse people about what the brand stands for.
 
Yeah, exactly! I was under the impression the Neue Klasse design was all about a major shift in direction. But putting it on gas cars? Feels like they’re trying to play both sides. If they’re all about the future, why stick the same design on their ICE lineup? Makes it feel less special for the EVs, right?
