I’ve had my i5 M60 for 12 days and it’s been awesome. I’m about to leave it parked in an airport lot for two weeks. I’ll turn off the departure time climatization so it doesn’t waste energy running the AC. Anything else I should do? Also, just wondering what happens to the battery if I leave it baking in the summer sun for two weeks? Not planning on that, but you know... curiosity.

just avoid to let the battery nearly full and in extreme temperature (cold or hot). FOr a long time (more that 2 weeks) sometimes interesting to keep a wired to connect in case of secondery battery off (taht does not allow main battery to work even full)

Parking in the shade or using a sunshade for the windows can help minimize heat buildup. It's good to be cautious, but the battery management systems are pretty solid in modern cars. Just don’t worry too much!

If you’re feeling extra paranoid, go ahead and leave it plugged in with a low charge limit. And don’t ever let that 12V battery kick the bucket! Some folks keep a backup around, just in case it decides to take an unexpected nap.
