Hello, guys! New here!
I bought my BMW i5 seven months ago. I have already made like 4k miles.
But there is something that bothers me...
Is it normal a full charge takes me only around 250 miles? I thought it was more.

Hello @Blueeyes88, we’re stoked to have you join the community!

Yeah, it’s not uncommon to see around 250 miles on a full charge. Just remember, stuff like driving conditions, the weather, and how you drive can really affect that. It’s all part of the ride!

So, what’s your usual driving vibe? Are you more of a city slicker, a highway cruiser, or do you like to mix it up? And what driving mode do you usually roll with?

Welcome to the forum!

Do you rock an M60 or an eDrive40? My M60's been getting around 260-290 miles on a full charge, and I’ve got about 7k miles on it. Mostly zooming down the highway at 75-80mph!

I usually get about 260 miles on a full charge, but when I’m sitting at 80%, I’m looking at anywhere from 190 to 220 miles, all depending on the temp. So far, I’ve clocked about 6.5k miles on my M60, and tbh, I’m totally loving the driving experience!

Hey @AlwaysTryin, @OldeBull1, and @lincolntt thanks for the warm welcome and insights!

I do a mix of city and highway driving, usually cruising in Comfort mode. It is good to know 250 miles isn't too out of the ordinary. I have noticed some dips when driving in colder weather, too, which might explain part of it. Thanks for confirming it is not just me.
