Does the i5 Have Welcome Mat Puddle Lights?

Hello, everyone.
Does anyone know if the i5 has the same "welcome mat" puddle lights as the i4? I've looked through the specifications but haven't found anything about it, which is a shame.

Has anyone noticed whether it's there or not? Would be great to know!

oh, but I know the i5 doesn't come standard with the "welcome mat" puddle lights as the i4 does. Is it not specified in the specs? I know that it is not a feature for all trims. It might be an optional upgrade.

Also, what do you think about retrofitting options? Search more about and tell me what you think.

You can totally customize this feature through iDrive, it's packed with all sorts of settings and options! I spent a whole day fiddling with it to get everything just right. Totally worth it, though!

I didn’t realize the i5 had so many customizable options through iDrive. I haven’t spent much time messing around with it yet, but now I’m really curious to see if I can get the welcome mat puddle lights set up the way I want.

It’s a bit surprising that it wasn’t mentioned in the specs, feels like something they’d highlight since it’s such a cool feature. But if it’s in there and customizable, that’s great news! I’ll definitely be diving into iDrive to check out all the settings.

is it was tricky to find, or was it pretty straightforward once you got into the system? I’m excited to see what else I can tweak while I’m at it!

I was hoping for the fancy door projectors on my i5, but it seems they're not available. While the light path is useful, I'd still love to have those cool projections like on some of the other BMW models.
