Scheduled Charging Wont Start

I’m running into issues with the “Charge on a Schedule” feature in the MyBMW app on my i5. I can set the schedule and all the parameters, but when the selected time arrives, the car doesn’t start charging as expected. Interestingly, if I change the target charge level after the start time has passed, it does kick in and begins charging.

Has anyone else experienced this glitch, or found a workaround to get scheduled charging to work smoothly? kinda need help on this
 
Try deleting the current schedule in the MyBMW app and setting it up again from scratch. and ensure the car’s software is up to date. If that doesn’t work, setting the schedule directly through the car’s iDrive system might help.
 
Since the last update, the "charge on a schedule" feature has totally gone MIA for me - it's just not working anymore! Hope they fix this software glitch soon.
 
Yeah, sometimes it stops charging and asks me to unplug and plug the cable back in. It happened more than once during my last charge. I was able to get it working again by unlocking the car, and then it started charging without any issues. It's strange!
