What does this "Ultimate Care" mean?

I bought an i5 eDrive (great deal with discounts and rebates!), but there's a $1,550 "Ultimate Care" charge I don't get. It's an EV! What does it even cover? I'm going to ask them about it.

Just oil changes or spark plugs. Though, if you say they charged you without your consent, then I would ask for a refund.

Honestly, I don’t think it's really worth it. No oil changes to worry about, and with regenerative braking probably handling most of the brake wear, you’re probably good to go.
