How to Set Efficiency Mode by Default?

Picked up a new i5 M60 yesterday and I'm trying to set it to efficiency mode by default when I fire it up. I’m poking around in the settings but can't seem to find the option. Is this even a thing? Anyone got tips on how to make it happen?

You can’t set efficiency as a default mode when you start your car. But you can totally make life easier by saving that mode to your favorites and setting up a gesture for it. Just remember to use it, and you're all set!

The same with Sport more... you can't set it as default.

Have you tried enabling the "Startup Mode" within the "Efficient Mode" settings under "My Modes?"
