MyBMW App charging glitch

You guys having issues with your MyBMW app not updating the charge status? Mine hasn't been working for a few days. It doesn't even show that the car is plugged in. The mileage and other info are correct. Any suggestions on what to do?

I had the same annoying problem! The app wouldn’t show it was charging even though my car was totally juicing up. Messing with the settings didn’t do squat either - it was definitely a glitch. But hey, I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then just logging back in. Now everything’s working like a charm!

I’m having similar issue! I’m guessing they’ll drop an update soon, or at least let us roll back to the old vers.

For me it worked by deleting and installing the app. Have you tried that?

I think my car is trying to tell you something. It's stuck at 70% like it's saying, 'You've used enough energy today, friend!' But seriously, it's frustrating that the battery percentage won't update

I’ve had that happen too! Try restarting the app or logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work, maybe try reinstalling it. If it’s still not updating, you might want to check if there's an update for the app or reach out to BMW support.
